How does payment work?
Full payment for your selected item is required upfront when placing your order. SmartBuyRepos securely holds your payment until you receive the item and complete a 30-day inspection period to decide whether to keep it.
What happens during the 30-day inspection?
Once your item arrives, you have 30 days to inspect it and ensure it meets your expectations. If you decide not to keep it, you can return it at no cost for a full refund.
How can I return an item?
To return an item within the 30-day inspection period, contact our customer support team. We’ll arrange pickup, and your refund will be processed once the item is returned in its original condition.
What should I do if I have issues during inspection?
If any issues arise or you have questions during the inspection period, reach out to our support team. We’re here to assist and ensure the process is smooth and stress-free.
Do you provide financing options?
We currently do not offer in-house financing.
Customers are welcome to secure financing through their own bank, credit union, or preferred lender.
Once your financing is approved, we’ll gladly provide any vehicle details or documentation your lender may require to complete the purchase.
Is returning an item free?
Absolutely. Returns within the 30-day inspection period are completely free. We cover all pickup and shipping costs.
How long until I get my refund?
Refunds are processed promptly after the returned item is picked up, usually within 24 hours.
What if I decide to keep the item after inspection?
If you choose to keep the item, your payment will be finalized, and you’ll officially own your selected item. Enjoy your purchase!

How much does shipping cost?
